1 delicate installation of 2 bar screens on a WWTP

We recently installed two XG12 automatic vertical bar screens at a WWTP in the PACA region, after removing existing competing equipment.

This turnkey project was particularly challenging in view of the cramped conditions (cramped premises, existing piping nearby, difficult access, etc.), during which we were able to demonstrate our full range of skills. Starting with the measurements taken by our sales representative, the feasibility study, the specific design of the bar screen frames and finally the installation of the proposed equipment.

From dismantling the existing equipment to starting up the new one, it took us three days for each bar screen. A great success considering the complexity of the project.
