4 vertical bar screens on a pumping station
Last week, our technicians Cédric and Geoffrey (accompanied by our local sales manager Stéphanie) were on a Spanish island to install 4 XG12 automatic vertical bar screens at a pumping station.
One of the special features of this site is the depth of the channels, 11,300mm, with a unit width of 1,500mm. Each undercarriage is made up of three sections, assembled vertically as they are placed in the channels.
Between the fixings for the guide rails, the installation frames, the side deflectors at the grilles, the reinforcements and the weir sills, this represents almost 700 dowels installed.
Our intervention lasted 3 days. We'll be back in September for electrical connections, commissioning and operator training.
We sincerely thank our customer for his confidence.
