AUTOMATIC DEGREASER for water intakes
Contact UsThis is one area where our automatic bar screens are also "benchmarks" and will give you complete satisfaction. Visit water intake screen is called upon to haul up waste such as leaves or other green waste, plastic bags or bottles, wood, etc.
The recommended air gap is often fine (less than 10mm). We would like to draw your attention to the need for a good hydraulic profile - the clogging power of certain types of waste is significant, and therefore the speed of the effluent is enhanced - and we will be happy to advise you in the best possible way. Visit automatic bar screen must be reliable, as it is often isolated, and must have a real capacity for waste gripping.
WATER INTAKE SCREENS
A automatic bar screen type NG11equipped with a 10mm air-gap grid, installed in a concrete canaland can process up to 1,000m3/h. The task of the bar screen is to regularly clean the screen to allow the effluent to flow through, to lift up the waste, and to discharge it to the side of the canal via a channel of our own design.
A automatic bar screen type XG12 installed on a river intake to protect a pumping station. Designed to treat up to 1,000m3/h, this bar screen is fitted with a 5mm air gap. Its role is to stop and lift all types of waste (algae, leaves, wood, plastics, etc.) carried by the river. Screening rejects are discharged into the operator's special wheeled bin.
A automatic bar screen type XG12with a 4mm air gap, fixed to the vertical wall at the outlet of a 2000x2000mm manhole and capable of handling up to 600m3/h. The grate is positioned at a depth of 6 meters below the installation surface. The frame is made up of 3 elements to facilitate handling during assembly. The electrical box is attached directly to one side of the bar screen for easy maintenance. Finally, the connection between the bar screen's waste discharge hopper and the waste garbage can is made with a customized stainless steel coverand allows the screenings to be protected from possible downpours.
A automatic bar screen type XG12 installed in a concrete canal at the inlet to a drinking water plant. It is fitted with a 12mm air gap screen and can treat up to 2,400m3/h. Due to its overall height (> 7 meters), it is fitted with a variable-speed motor to optimize cycle time (one down and one up). Finally, for easy access to spare parts in the upper section, this bar screen is supplied with a access gateway of our own design.
