Business continuity - Health crisis

For the past few days, and no doubt for some time to come, we have all been faced with an exceptional health crisis.

It forced us to adapt quickly and preserve what we could.

FB PROCÉDÉS took heed of the government's recommendations and immediately placed all its employees on telecommuting.

As a result, our sales department (sales and design staff), design office, administrative department, logistics and after-sales service are all still active, and remain at your disposal by phone or e-mail.

Only activities requiring travel are suspended, or considered on a case-by-case basis, until further notice.

As for our workshops, they are still producing, so that we can deliver as quickly as possible once the containment has been lifted, thus ensuring the resumption of your worksites..

Despite this, and despite our best efforts, few bar screens will leave our workshops in the next few weeks, due to shortages of certain parts that make pre-shipment testing impossible. We sincerely apologize for this.

Rest assured, however, that we're fully motivated to do our utmost to satisfy each and every one of you in the weeks to come.

FB PROCÉDÉS wishes all its partners, suppliers and employees continued success in their business, and the best of luck in getting through this crisis.
