A bar screen on a drinking water plant

This week, we have just installed an XG12 automatic vertical bar screen at a drinking water plant, operated by Veolia Water.

1 automatic vertical bar screen, type XG12, made of 304L stainless steel and in three elements, flow rate 1200m³/h, 5mm air gap, width 1000mm, depth under bed 6100mm, available height under waste discharge hopper 800mm.
304L stainless steel chute for waste evacuation,
Electrical control and servo-control panel for the bar screen, mounted on the side of the unit and equipped with a variable speed drive for optimized cycle time,
Heating resistor for frost protection installed inside the bar screen,
Dismantling of existing bar screen and installation of new one, testing, adjustment, commissioning and training of operating personnel.
Duration of on-site intervention: 1 day.
