On the "Nîmes-Montpellier" TGV line bypass, we have just installed two XG12 automatic vertical bar screens, capable of handling a flow rate of 3.6 m3/s. The screenings are conveyed to a skip via a conveyor belt.
Installation description
- Supply of two automatic bar screens, type XG12, in 316L STAINLESS STEEL, 1500mm wide, 50mm air gap, 3600mm depth,
- Supply of a CERIP "RAFLES" belt conveyor in 316L stainless steel, 6000mm long,
- On-site transport,
- Installation by FB Procédés technician, with training of operating personnel.
