Design and engineering: the expertise of our design office
Our design office is at the heart of innovation and technical design for our projects, with particular expertise in screening systems.
Staffed by experienced engineers and technicians, our team is committed to developing tailor-made bar screen solutions for each customer's specific wastewater treatment needs. From initial analysis to 3D modeling and technical calculations, our team is with you every step of the way to guarantee reliable, high-performance equipment that complies with current standards.
With a strong focus on innovation, our design office is constantly exploring new techniques and technologies to offer ever more optimized and efficient screening solutions.
100% made in France in our own workshops
All products in the FB Procédés range are manufactured in our workshops, benefiting not only from the experience and know-how of our qualified staff, but also from state-of-the-art technology (laser cutting, digital folding machine, TIG and MAG welding stations, stainless steel pickling and passivation equipment, etc.).
A real plus in the preparation range, all bar screens are adjusted and tested in a Ø2500mm, 7000mm-deep pit in our own workshop. This enables us to check all mechanical and electrical aspects of each unit.
The aim is to eliminate any unforeseen events during commissioning.
From our production site to your job site
On leaving the workshop, our products are packaged in plastic film and secured on wooden pallets (or in crates for certain export destinations).
Our technicians can install this equipment at any location. In most cases, installation of our products takes less than a day. It's also often an opportunity to train operating personnel.
Maintenance can also be entrusted to us through a maintenance contract.
