Replacing a competing technology

Feb 5, 2020

Earlier this year, we delivered an SG400 to a wastewater treatment plant in the Drome department. The idea was to replace an unsatisfactory screw bar screen.

Just take a look at the photos below and you'll see how much space we've saved.

The operator can already highlight the benefits of this change of equipment:

- no need to dry out the channel or rotate the bar screen for simple maintenance operations

- no water supply required for grille cleaning

- no more tedious brush changes on the Archimedes screw field

- all wear parts to be monitored or replaced are located above the installation level

- all maintenance operations take no longer than 15 minutes. So there's no need to stop the effluent flow.

- the simplicity of our technology limits the number of possible malfunctions

We'd like to thank our customer for trusting us and letting us propose a completely different layout to the old one.
